MicroHPC Ltd is a new generation HPC (high-performance computing) software company focused exclusively on writing Business Software for Micro HPC platforms.

We have built very impressive capabilities for delivering software products and software development services for the new generation of Micro HPC platforms.

These capabilities consists of detailed knowledge of the hardware architecture of multi-core CPUs, GPGPUs and the Cell Broadband Engine, knowledge of broad range of techniques for parallel programming which are hardware-agnostic as well as hardware-specific and experience with broad range of Frameworks (e.g. RapidMind and RogueWave) and SDKs - CUDA, Intel Threading Blocks, the CELL/B.E. SDK and FireStream SDK for parallel programming.

We are focused exclusively on development of business software for Micro HPC platforms.

Our roots are in Enterprise Business Computing and we are not a videogame company. In fact we are focused on transferring Micro HPC breakthroughs developed for the video gaming industry to business and scientific computing.

Also unlike a videogame development company we have extensive domain experience in the following industries Financial Services (Computational/Mathematical Finance), Aerospace and Defence, Oil & Gas and Telecommunications. This allows us to identify the key business drivers, interpret the business requirements and effectively decompose the business domain into appropriate (parallel) software abstractions.
